Moisture & Compositional Analysis Systems
NIR systems provide producers with data needed to improve quality assurance standards, while also verifying important quality parameters as of moisture, coat weight, temperature and thickness. We will have on display:
- the Guardian-HD Web Profiling Series, an online instrument that provides a complete web profile for moisture and coat weight, automatically detecting web edges and lanes, which improves web control capabilities. The Guardian-HD, measures coatings on the wet or dry end, can identify out-of-spec products in jumbo rolls based on time and length position, and can be employed to measure either dryer exit moisture or the re-moisturizing operation, providing ultimate flexibility.
- the MCT460, an industry-leading online analyzer with a stainless steel enclosure, IP67-rated and sealed to easily withstand harsh environments.
- the QuikCheck, an at-line and lab analyzer, ideal for reliable analysis of grab samples, providing results in less than 10 seconds.

Specific amounts of cream are added back to the fluid after separating to produce milk of a desired fat content.

Raw or pasteurized milk of specific fat and solids is acidified and a starter added to curdle the milk. The curd is eventually separated from the liquid (whey) and processed into the desired cheese type.

These products are made from the cream and various mixtures of milk components blended together to form specific compositions.
