Mixolab 2 Data Sheet
Mixolab 2 is used by bakers and millers to automatically characterize dough rheological properties and predict dough behavior during the production process in a cycle of heating and cooling.
In a single test, Mixolab 2 provides a comprehensive picture of dough behavior during the baking process including an innovative product profiler for white flours and an optional test protocol that provides equivalent Farinograph® data (values and units).
