She has worked with such prestigious UK organizations as The Biochemical Society, The Institution of Chemical Engineers, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK, and The Royal Society of Chemistry. As of 2025, she joined KPM Analytics as the Internal Sales Manager for UK and Northern Europe.
Dylan King is a Product Engineer with KPM Analytics, supporting the company's Sightline product line of inspection technologies with a focus on food safety and quality in the protein industry. Within Sightline, Dylan has previously worked as a Service Engineer and Application Engineer developing a deep understanding of advanced vision technologies and how to apply them in demanding environments to meet customer needs.
Janell Haws is an Applications Specialist with KPM Analytics, supporting the company's Smart Vision Works product line of AI-powered inspection technologies to help food processors decrease contamination, increase production throughput, and improve product quality. Before KPM, Janell worked in a food safety and quality role for 10 years at Nestlé, the world's largest frozen food manufacturing brand. During her time with Nestlé, she was integral in helping suppliers implement advanced inspection technologies and procedures to amplify their food safety efforts. This experience gave her an expansive view of the food industry supply chain and how AI inspection could be used to solve everyday food safety challenges. Janell has a bachelor's degree in food science.
Claudio is the Product Manager for AMS Alliance Wet Chemistry Products. He has 15 years of experience in wet chemistry and has been focused on supporting the sales network and training end customers since 2020. Claudio has a degree in software engineering from Tor Vergata University in Rome.
Andrew has over 35 years of experience in the bakery industry. He joined the bakery industry in Australia in 1987, working for the largest baking company in Australia as part of the Goodman Fielder Group. He held many positions in the bakeries at the corporate headquarters in Sydney. When Andrew arrived in the US, he joined Northeast Foods in Baltimore, working for the Paterakis family in the bakeries supplying McDonald's restaurants. Andrew has extensive experience with McDonald's, having worked for 5 years representing the McDonald's bakers of North America at McDonald's Corporate Office. Subsequently, he joined McDonald's Corporate, worked in the Product Development and Procurement Groups, and worked for McDonald's Europe—always focused on bakery products. Andrew then worked for EyePro System for 10 years, heading up the North American operations before joining Shaffer Mixers, part of the Bundy Group, in 2017. In 2023, Andrew rejoined EyePro System, part of the KPM Analytics group. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and lives with his family in Kansas City, Missouri.
Jon Gilchrist, P.Eng. is the Technical Solutions Director for Vision Inspection Technologies at KPM Analytics and has worked in the field of automated vision inspection systems for food production for nearly a decade. Jon's other roles within the organization include Engineering Manager, Applications Engineering Manager from July 2017 to July 2021, and Mechanical Designer from July 2016 to July 2017. From 2011 to 2016, Jon Gilchrist studied at the University of Ottawa. He obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering during this period. Jon is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and CFS Hygienic Design Training certified by the Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS) Institute.
Casey is a Senior Applications Engineer with KPM Analytics. Casey provides technical expertise to customers and can help across the KPM Analytics’ full range of product offerings to serve the food production industry. Prior to joining KPM Analytics, Casey worked for Hanna Instruments for 8 years as an Applications Engineer and has experience as a lab technician. She has a B.A. focused on Biology and Chemistry from Rhode Island College.
Chris Pike is the Senior Global Business Development Director for NIR Products with KPM Analytics. He first discovered NIR while studying polymer science, for which he earned a BSc Honors from the University of Manchester, England. Beginning his career as an industrial chemist, Chris moved into a sales role with Process Sensors Corporation, which was acquired by KPM Analytics in 2015. From there, he transitioned from regional sales to North American Sales Manager and then to Global Sales Director before his current role.
Arnaud holds a Master's Degree in Sciences and Techniques for the agro-food industry and a Master's in International Marketing and Strategy. His original background is in Biochemistry, and he also holds a Miller’s Degree from the French Milling School (ENSMIC). He started working for CHOPIN Technologies, a KPM Analytics product brand, in 1989. His various occupations in the company (he started as an after-sales technician) and his current role put him in constant contact with bakery manufacturers and bakery quality control teams. Arnaud is a standardization expert for AFNOR, ISO and CEN. He is active with the BIPEA, corporate member representative for ICC and is also actively involved in Cereals and Grains standardization working groups.
Lena Bosc-Bierne has an Engineering Degree in Food Science specializing in grain industry from the French Engineering school Polytech Sorbonne (Paris, France). She has worked for CHOPIN Technologies – part of KPM Analytics – since 2014. Her role as a Products and Applications Specialist involves working with people worldwide. She provides personalized solutions to customers willing to improve control of their products and processes. Her responsibilities at CHOPIN include managing several products from the idea conception to the market launch, standardizing the solution, and final use.
